Common questions about BarionQuant.
BarionQuant Desktop is a desktop replay and simulation training desk. It is not a broker and it does not hold client funds or stream cloud prices.
Does BarionQuant stream cloud market data (OHLC)?
No. Public-beta tier A does not distribute cloud OHLC. You practice with data that stays on your desktop client.
Does my market data stay on my computer?
Yes. Replay and practice sessions are local. The SaaS site handles account, entitlements, and downloads — not chart bars.
Is BarionQuant a broker?
No. BarionQuant is a simulated training tool. It does not execute live trades or hold client funds.
How do I upgrade from Free?
Create an account, verify your email, then choose Standard or Pro on the pricing page. You will be redirected to Creem (our Merchant of Record) for checkout.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Billing is handled by the Merchant of Record named on your receipt. Use the customer portal / receipt links from that confirmation email to update payment methods or cancel.
How many devices can I use?
Free: 1 device. Standard: 2. Pro: 3. Revoke an old device before registering a new one when you hit the limit.
Where do I request a refund?
Billing and refunds are handled by Creem, the Merchant of Record named on your receipt.
What does a blind session hide?
The desk draws a random 90–180 day window. You pick the period first. The symbol name and the calendar stay hidden until you end. Prices stay on the scale. Prop Challenge stays off. One symbol stored on the PC can still give the pair away.
Can I replay Binance BTC or ETH on this PC?
Yes. The bars are Binance USD-M perpetual months from the public archive, checked with SHA-256. Free is the latest published BTC and ETH month on H1 and D1. One-minute history is on Pro. SOL and older months are on Standard and Pro. The app does not ask for an exchange API key. After sign-in, replay can continue offline for up to 72 hours.
